What are your shipping times?
Express shipping: 24-72 business hours, €8 cost. Economy shipping: 4-7 business days, €3.99 or free on orders over €100. In-store pickup: free, 24-72 hours.
Which destinations do you ship to?
We ship to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), France and Portugal. Free shipping from €100 only applies to Peninsular Spain. For shipments to other destinations, please contact us before purchasing.
What happens if I'm not home when the order arrives?
The shipping company will attempt delivery a second time. If it fails again, the order may be returned to the warehouse. We will notify you to arrange a new shipment or change of address.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card, Bizum, and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through the bank's payment gateway.
Is it safe to pay by card?
Yes. We do not store your card details. All information is handled directly by the certified banking gateway.
Will I receive an invoice?
Always. You will receive a PDF invoice by email once your purchase is confirmed. For invoicing with a VAT number, please request it before completing your order or contact us.

We do not install directly, but we do provide support with plans, sizing, and accessory compatibility. If you need an installer in your area, we can guide you.
Do you offer a warranty?
All products include the official manufacturer's warranty. We will handle warranty claims with you when necessary.
